Ga-young moves to an old town that will be demolished and she meets the Zipsin (spirit of the house). At that time, Zipsin was no longer the leader of them (Zelkova tree) because of the redevelopment. They go about finding the next leader together. Then they find the new leader (Cat), and hear of the upcoming Zipsin's death (demolition of houses). To avoid death, the Zipsin locks their house up when the people are in. Meanwhile, Gayoung faces a memory about the house that had been lost. She realizes what the house is to her. And then she comes back to reality. But it is still difficult to solve the fighting between Zipsin and the people.
