AnimeSphere (“we”, “us”) operates the website at animesphere.app and any associated mobile or installable applications (the “Service”). The Service is a social companion for anime fans: lists, episode diaries, ratings, clips, rooms, and deep-links into licensed streaming partners.
We do not host or stream anime ourselves. Every video link points to a licensed third-party platform (Crunchyroll, Netflix, HiDive, and others) sourced from public metadata providers.
To use most features, you create an account using an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction (16 in many EU member states), to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the lists, reviews, clip metadata, and other material you create on AnimeSphere (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty- free licence to host, display, and route Your Content through the Service in connection with operating, improving, and promoting it.
You can export or delete Your Content at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes Your Content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Premium subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Monthly and annual plans start with a 7-day free trial; you may cancel at any time from Settings, after which premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, non-refundable except as required by your local consumer-protection law.
Catalogue metadata is aggregated into our own database from publicly-available anime data sources. Factual catalogue information (titles, air dates, episode counts, relations) is not subject to copyright; source attributions are listed on our Licenses & attribution page. Streaming deep-links lead to external, officially-licensed platforms governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms’ content or policies.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) US $100.
We may update these terms when the Service changes meaningfully or when the law requires. For material changes we will notify registered users by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.
