Email [email protected] with “DMCA notice” in the subject line. If your complaint concerns the underlying video itself, reporting the upload through YouTube's copyright process removes it at the source everywhere at once; a notice to us removes our embed and references to it on AnimeSphere.

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The AnimeSphere URL(s) where the material appears, precise enough for us to locate it.
• Your name, address, email, and telephone number.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material a valid notice identifies. Incomplete notices may be answered with a request for the missing elements.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, consent to federal court jurisdiction, and your signature. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
