What lengths would you go for a fallen friend? When the bitter soldier Chui mysteriously finds himself sent back in time, he rushes off to save his sworn brother and comrade-in-arms, Hu Yurang. But when he arrives at Yurang's house, he discovers that his sworn brother... is actually a girl. Now, Chui's out to protect her from dangerous foes (and suitors) using a spear and the terrifying demonic arts from his past life. Can Chui change Yurang's fate, or are these two destined for death once more?
