Panty Flash Teacher

Machiko Natsukawa, whose father is a city council member, becomes a new teacher at a local school back home. On her first day, while on the way to work, she comes across two students sitting on the floor of the street car. When she goes to tell them off, the two students unexpectedly fight back. They then lift her skirt, exposing her to everyone on the train and causing quite the scene! She manages to escape and make her way to her new school! However, once homeroom begins, she sees that the students are there as well. It’s not long before they try to cause trouble again, but this time she’s saved by someone named Usui.
