Dragon Ball Super: Beerus premieres 11 October. Six of 188 state a count
A new trailer dates the debut and names its theme songs. On our own martial-arts shelf, six of 188 television entries state a free episode count, and the eight episodes we sampled from the largest of them did not play.

A new trailer for Dragon Ball Super: Beerus sets the premiere for 11 October. The trailer, SUPER SURGE, carries the theme songs: VK Blanka sings the opening, Kan Peki No Peki, and MEGATERA･ZERO performs the ending, ONOGAMI. Reported by Anime News Network.

Six entries state a count
188 TV series carry the tag Martial Arts, Beerus among them. The same tag sits on 549 entries once every format is counted. This article covers the 188 television entries only. All 188 pages loaded today, and a second sweep changed nothing.
Six of the 188 state a free episode count, 61 episodes between them: Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple at 50, Hajime no Ippo: The Fighting! at 7, and one apiece for Mobile Fighter G Gundam, BUCCHIGIRI?!, Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse and BLACK TORCH. Set Kenichi aside and the other five state 11 episodes, four of them exactly one:
- Mobile Fighter G Gundam and BUCCHIGIRI?! both carry a Japanese audio page note, from GUNDAM CHANNEL INTL and Crunchyroll. The first's country list includes the United States, the second has none recorded.
- Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse and BLACK TORCH each state one free episode from a Crunchyroll channel. Our records hold twelve further episodes of the first and nine of the second, on channels covering South Asia and Southeast Asia, neither including the United States.
Eight sampled episodes did not play
Kenichi carries the largest stated count: 50 free episodes, 50 of the shelf's 61. Our index records a 2006 TV series, 50 episodes at 25 minutes each, uploaded by Anime! on TMS Official Channel, YouTube-verified, its upload titles carrying the label English Dub.
On 3 September 2026, eight of the fifty were opened: episodes 1, 2, 10, 25, 30, 40, 45 and 50. All eight came back unplayable from a United States request, though the uploads still resolve and report their titles at 1,475 to 1,477 seconds. In the same batch, uploads for Hajime no Ippo and a separate series played normally, so the requests worked.
Seven episodes, and one gap
Hajime no Ippo: The Fighting! is recorded as a TV series from 2000, 75 episodes at 23 minutes each, and its page states 7 free episodes. Our rows match: episodes 1 through 6 plus episode 8, with no row for episode 7. Seven of a recorded 75 stops well short.
The channel is RetroCrush, YouTube-verified, labelling each video a full episode. Three were opened today, episodes 1, 6 and 8, and all three played at 1,424, 1,430 and 1,430 seconds against the recorded 23 minutes. The country allow-list is Canada and the United States.
