The Expelled from Paradise sequel is dated, and free cyberpunk here means Yu-Gi-Oh
Kokoro no Resonance arrives 13 November. We checked all 241 cyberpunk-tagged entries in our index against the live site, and 209 of the 244 free episodes belong to one card-game franchise.

Anime News Network reports a new video for Kokoro no Resonance, the sequel to the 2014 film Expelled from Paradise. Rie Kugimiya returns as Angela Balzac, and Sumire Morohoshi has been cast as a character named Penem. The film is dated 13 November. A separate visual novel, Expelled from Paradise -The Stellar Angel-, is dated 26 November for Switch and Steam. The report is at Anime News Network.
Neither film is free on AnimeSphere. Our pages for the original and for the sequel are titled "Watch ... Online" rather than "Watch ... Free Online", and neither states a free episode count. What our index does hold on the original is that it is a 2014 film with a recorded running time of 103 minutes.
The free cyberpunk shelf is mostly card games
241 entries in our index carry the cyberpunk tag. Twelve of them state a free episode count, and those twelve come to 244 free episodes between them. Three of the twelve are series in one long-running card-game franchise, and they account for 209 of the 244. That is a little over eighty-five percent. The remaining nine entries account for 35.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL II states 73 episodes free against a recorded total of 73, so the whole series.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal states 71 free against a recorded 73.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's states 65 free against a recorded 154.
All three sit on the Official Yu-Gi-Oh! channel, which carries a YouTube verified badge. Two of its uploads carry English episode titles and report automatic English caption tracks, which means the audio is English, and they run 1,284 and 1,272 seconds against recorded episode lengths of 24 and 23 minutes. Those are whole episodes, not clips. One caveat: our episode numbers restart each season while the uploads number straight through, so our numbers do not line up with the numbers in the upload titles.
Two cyberpunk titles with free episodes
PSYCHO-PASS is the closest thing on the shelf to the news. Our page states 2 episodes free against a recorded total of 22, so two episodes and not the series. Our index records it as a 2012 television series with a recorded episode length of 23 minutes. Both uploads sit on Crunchyroll channels carrying a YouTube verified badge. The first is titled "PSYCHO-PASS Episode 1 English Dub" and reports an authored English subtitle track alongside an automatic English caption track; the second reports an automatic English caption track. Both indicate English audio. They run 1,403 and 1,404 seconds against the recorded 23 minutes, so both are complete. The country allow-list on each row is unrestricted.
Blade Runner: Black Lotus has less on offer, with 1 episode free against a recorded 13. Our index records a 2021 television series with a recorded episode length of 22 minutes. The upload sits on the Crunchyroll channel, carries the verified badge and runs 1,340 seconds. It reports authored subtitle tracks in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish, and an automatic Japanese caption track. The automatic Japanese track indicates Japanese audio, so this is the Japanese version with real English subtitles rather than a dub. That row is unrestricted by country too.
Those two are among the nine other entries, and between them they state three free episodes.
