Two Kyoto Animation series have a free episode here, and each has exactly one

Kyoto Animation premiered Sparks of Tomorrow at Anime Expo 2026, and the response at that premiere was enthusiastic, per Honey's Anime. Our cached copy of that report was cut off partway through a sentence, so that is the entirety of what we can state about it.
What we can report is what a reader who goes looking for the studio's back catalogue here will actually find.
The census
Our index records 123 entries credited to Kyoto Animation. All 123 pages were fetched from animesphere.app today and none of them failed to load. Exactly two of those entries offer a free episode of a television series, and each offers exactly one. Of the 123, 113 carry no source row of any kind in our index. For scale, our /watch page says in its own on-page text that "596 shows play free right here".
The two episodes
The Free! -Iwatobi Swim Club- page states "Free episodes end at 1" and "Episodes 2 to 12". The upload runs 1,429 seconds, its title identifies it as an English dub, and its watch page reports an automatic English caption track, which means the audio is English.
The Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid page states "Free episodes end at 1" and "Episodes 2 to 13". That upload runs 1,432 seconds, is likewise labelled English dub in its title, and its watch page carries both an authored English subtitle track and an automatic English caption track.
Both sit on the Crunchyroll channel, which carries a YouTube verified badge, and both rows carry an unrestricted country list.
One entry looks closer than it is. The Hyouka page is titled "Watch Hyouka Online" and offers nothing free. In our index it holds 16 episode rows from Muse Asia whose country list does not include the United States, plus four rows that are creditless opening and ending videos rather than episodes.
A run that finishes
Yowamushi Pedal: Grande Road is whole here: 24 of 24 episodes, the complete series. The channel is "Anime! on TMS Official Channel", which carries a YouTube verified badge. Checked today, all 24 resolved with zero fetch failures, upload titles running "ROAD.1" through "ROAD.24" that match our stored episode numbers exactly, no duplicate episode identities, and no ambiguous video to episode mappings. Every row's country list includes the United States. Episodes run 1,440 seconds each.
This is not a dub. The watch page reports only an automatic Japanese caption track, so the audio is Japanese and there is no English caption file to switch on. Frame images taken from about halfway through episodes 1 and 12 show English subtitle lines burned into the picture itself. The subtitles are part of the video.
The page reads "Watch Yowamushi Pedal: Grande Road Free Online" and shows no "free episodes end at" prompt against a recorded total of 24.
