Three more performers have been confirmed for the live-action Blue Lock film, according to Anime News Network: Yusei Yagi, Keisuke Watanabe and Omi Natsuki. Yagi is described as a member of the group Fantastics, Watanabe and Natsuki as actors. Nothing else about the film is established. Here is what our shelf holds.
One episode, counted once
The BLUE LOCK page on animesphere.app states that 1 episode is free, and its description line adds the note "Japanese audio". Our index records the series at 24 episodes and an episode length of 25 minutes.
The free episode is episode 1, on the Crunchyroll channel, which carries a YouTube verified badge. Its country list is unrestricted, so it opens for a reader here. Its watch page reports only an automatic Japanese caption track, which indicates Japanese audio and no authored English subtitle file. Frames from about a quarter and three quarters of the way through each show an English subtitle line burned into the picture, one of them reading "Too bad. I even made pork cutlet for good luck.".
The same episode, five times
Our index holds episode 1 from five different Crunchyroll channels. All five carry a verified badge, answered as playable today, and run between 1,489 and 1,499 seconds.
- Crunchyroll: the upload above, Japanese audio with English subtitles burned in.
- Crunchyroll en Español: the title calls it a Castilian dub, with an automatic Spanish caption track, which indicates Spanish audio.
- Crunchyroll Brasil: the title marks it dubbed, with an automatic Portuguese caption track, which indicates Portuguese audio.
- Crunchyroll Deutschland: the title says German dub, with an automatic German caption track, which indicates German audio.
- Crunchyroll Italia: the title marks it Italian-subtitled, with an automatic Japanese caption track, which indicates Japanese audio.
The page reads 1 rather than 5 because it counts an episode once, and because it counts only rows recorded as English or Japanese.
What the sports shelf states
Our index records 877 entries carrying the Sports genre. All 877 pages were fetched from animesphere.app today and none failed to load. Of those, 26 state a free episode, and those 26 pages state 329 episodes between them. Nine of the 26 carry Beyblade in their titles, and those nine account for 226 of the 329, more than two thirds. That total is what the pages state.
Hajime no Ippo, four uploads opened
The page for Hajime no Ippo: The Fighting! states 7 free episodes. Our index records the series at 75 episodes and an episode length of 23 minutes, so this is the opening stretch of a much longer run. They are episodes 1 through 6 and episode 8, not 7.
All 7 sit on the RetroCrush channel, which carries a verified badge, with a country list of Canada and the United States. All 7 resolved today with no fetch failures, their titles run from "S1 E1" to "S1 E8" matching the numbers we store, and no video is filed against two episode numbers. The four opened ran 1,424 to 1,469 seconds, so these are full episodes. None carries a caption track. Frames from episodes 3 and 6 each show a yellow English subtitle line burned into the picture, "Right!" on one and "Seconds out!" on the other.
