Toho announced a gourmet anime. Nineteen food titles here state a free episode, and 11 state one.
The shape of our food shelf, plus two runs that reach the end: True Cooking Master Boy at 12 of 12, and Little Shark's Day Out at 60 of 60 at roughly 100 seconds each.

TOHO animation has announced a comedy gourmet anime, Dokagui Daisuki Mochizuki-san, adapted from a work by Kamome Maruyono. The announcement was reported by Anime Corner. The day before, TOHO animation had been teasing the project with the phrase food terror, and the tease pointed at August 4 as the date the reveal would land. Our summary of the announcement was cut off before it said what form Maruyono's original work takes.
The useful question for this site is a different one: what can actually be watched today?
What the food shelf states right now
Our index carries a food tag on 504 entries today. Every one of those with any free episode recorded in our database was fetched from animesphere.app today. Nineteen of them state a free-episode count on their live page, and 11 of those 19 state exactly one episode.
Two of the 11 are single-episode films, so one episode is the entire work: "Fully cooked for you" and "Smells like Coffee Spirit", each recorded in our index at about four minutes. The other nine are series with more episodes recorded than the single one that is free.
True Cooking Master Boy, 12 of 12
The live page states "Watch 12 episodes of True Cooking Master Boy free and legal on AnimeSphere", with the note "Japanese audio", and shows no prompt about the free run running out.
All 12 sit on the channel "It's Anime powered by REMOW", which does not carry a YouTube verified badge. All 12 were checked against their uploads today: 12 of 12 resolved, zero fetch failures, 12 distinct episode identities and zero duplicates, and the upload labelled S1:E1 through S1:E12 matches the episode number we store in every case. Every upload title carries the words ENG SUB, and the watch pages report an authored English subtitle track alongside an automatic Japanese caption track. That is Japanese audio with real English subtitles, not an English dub. Each runs between 1,448 and 1,478 seconds against a recorded episode length of 24 minutes, so these are whole episodes rather than clips. The country allow-list on these rows is Canada and the United States.
Little Shark's Day Out, 60 of 60, at roughly 100 seconds each
The live page states "Watch 60 episodes of Little Shark's Day Out free and legal on AnimeSphere", again noted as Japanese audio, again with no prompt about the free run running out. All 60 were checked against their uploads today: 60 of 60 resolved, zero fetch failures, 60 distinct episode identities and zero duplicates, and the upload number matches the episode number we store in every case.
The count needs its runtime attached to mean anything. Three episodes were opened today and they ran 97, 106 and 108 seconds. At roughly 100 seconds apiece, the full 60 comes to a little over an hour and a half.
The channel is the series' own official channel, and it does not carry a YouTube verified badge. The watch pages report an authored English subtitle track alongside an automatic Japanese caption track: Japanese audio with real English subtitles, not a dub. The rows carry no country restriction.
