Kuro Games' Animation Arm Announces Wuthering Waves: Elysium

The structural point is the one worth noting. Kuro Onroad is internal to the developer. Whatever *Elysium* turns out to be, the company is building the capability in-house rather than buying it in for a single project, which suggests this is not intended as a one-off.
