Tokio's opponent in the Link manga, and one of the members of the "Schicksal" guild in the R:X version of The World. Fluegel and his guild are fighting against Tokio and his friends in an attempt to collect Chrono Cores, which can be found in The World. Fluegel has a mysterious behavior and often hides his true objectives. His name has two meanings in the german language; one meaning "wing", and the other meaning "grand piano".
