Tetsu Ushio

Ushio is a security staff who observes residents around the Satellite area. He has a violent character but holds high esteem as a duelist on his muscles. If you remember, Ushio appears once in the first episode of Yu Gi Oh series 0. He is a bad character who acts as a student guard and tries to get money from the students for his protection service.
