Cha Chi

A strong fighter from China. She made a promise with Kujira at a younger age, (who was still under the delusion she was a boy) that if Chi-Cha could defeat her, Kujira would become her husband. While Kujira has since realized she was a girl and has made it very clear to all, Chi-Cha still remains clueless and vows to make her her husband someday.
