Subaru Mimasaka

A heavily built student who is introduced during the Autumn Election. Despite his look, he's smarter than he appears and has a strong sense for details. He has no specialty, but painstakingly researches and copies the chefs he faces, predicting the exact dish they will make and marginally improving upon it. He loves intense cooking-duels and totally defeating his opponent, so he always bets his opponent's precious tool at Shokugekis.
