Asirpa

Asirpa is an Ainu girl who finds Sugimoto when he is attacked by a bear. Her father was one of the Ainu killed by the Japanese who stole the Ainu gold. Her Japanese name is Asuko Kochoube (小蝶辺明日子). From a young age, Asirpa was trained by her father to become a hunter.
