Konoe-kachou

The boss of the Summons Division, he is known as being strict, but has a major sweet tooth, probably as big as Tsuzuki's, if not bigger. Every time Tsuzuki embarks on a mission, he requests that he bring back a "souvenir," which is most likely a cake or another sweet of some sorts.
