About
An elderly blacksmith and a friend of Inu-no-Taishou (InuYasha and Sesshoumaru's father) who forged the Tessaiga and the Tenseiga. He rarely appears unless to repair the damaged swords or instruct InuYasha in hidden powers within the Tessaiga. Tōtōsai can breathe fire and wields a giant forging hammer. He also is transported by a three eyed ox which can fly. ("Totosai" means "sword purification.")
