A werebeast and Izuna's grandpa. He is protective of Izuna and dislikes it when she is close to Sora and Shiro. According to Miko, Hatsuse has thirty wives, much to Sora's chagrin. Hatsuse acts in a formal manner, being friendly around guests and officials. However, if he's around rude or condescending people, he will usually reciproctate their attitudes back.
