Referred to as "President" by Jagi, this foul-mouthed woman is DMC's manager, and often forces Negishi to do things against his will for the band's sake. She has no problems using violence to get her way, and is a chain-smoking, alcoholic, frequently stoned heavy metal fan who constantly talks about performances making her wet. Frequently accompanied by Garo and Guro, two huge, leather-clad, brother bodyguards.
