Appare Sorano

A 19-year-old man who grew up in a rural seaside town. He has been interested in machines since childhood, and has produced his own machines by hand. Though he is a genius mechanic, he has little interest in social interaction, considering machines as closer friends than other people. He often loses all track of time and surroundings once he starts tinkering, but abruptly falls asleep as if running out of batteries when he gets tired, which causes no end of consternation to Kosame.
