Hassaikai Kumichou

Without revealing his name a man known as “The Boss originally ran the organization known as The Shie Hassaikai. The Boss always believed his gang should follow a set or code and morals, The Boss would be known for raising Kai Chisaki with Chisaki turning on him later to run the organization to follow his own views with him putting the boss into a comatose state. The Boss would be the one to introduce Kai Chisaki to his grand daughter Eri.
