A young, simple girl who lives near a fishing village by the sea. She and her father, Sakichi, appear in Episode 2, "The Warbling Sea Shell." Mina appears to be a friendly child, but without anyone to talk to. It is found out later that her father forbade her from speaking to anyone in the nearby village.
