With his goofy swagger and clean-cut good looks, “Cactus” Sam claims the middle ground Tezuka “boy hero” protagonist roles. While he is lighter-hearted than Rock Holmes, he is much more rough-n-tumble than the squeeky clean Kenichi Shikishima.
