Rumaty Ivan di Raginei

Rumaty is the second in line to the Raginei throne and one of the candidates to be Kajika's future husband as selected by her father. He is 14 years old. Kajika refers to him as Oriental Blue, because of his unique colored eyes. Episodes 5 and 6: ~!When first introduced in episode 5 he comes across as cocky, and quite frankly annoyed by Kajika.
