Asahi's older sister. Akane possesses the same bright spirit as her younger brother and although she often teases him when they are younger, she is shown to be genuinely supportive of his swimming during the relay tournament. ~!After she marries Kon Kurimiya and moves to Tokyo, she opens Café Marron where Asahi spends a good deal of non-school related time along with his friends.!~
