Mai Kashiwagi

A high school student. Her father, Tahara, was a researcher who rarely came home, and her mother has passed away. Mai is a rare case in that she is a Contractor that evolved from a Moratorium, a condition she had been afflicted with as a side effect of her father's attempts to subdue her powers.
