Yuba is the captain of Yuba Unit (B-rank #8) and one of the eleven candidates for Fūjin. He comes across as a very intense, imposing, and serious individual, almost aggressive in his no-nonsense attitude. Nonetheless, his behavior on certain occasions can be defined as over the top.
