Hinata Tokura

A boy and Anna's childhood friend. He lives in apt 303 and is Anna's neighbor. He dyes his hair brown to try and look older. He has naturally permed hair (curly). He is always dazed and he doesn't know how to wink. He doesn't own a cellphone (but later on he got one) and is not aware of the fact that he is popular. He is also a very talented artist and loves chipmunks.
