A special agent acting as Chiaki Uchigane's sidekick and bodyguard. He was part of the same PMC as Kiruko and taught her many of the things she knows today. Despite his serious attitude, he's incredibly protective of her, often trying to act as her substitute father figure. He is eventually demoted and forced to stay in Nagashima.
