Her name comes from Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, with her name being a corrupted backwards spelling of "Gates" (Gates -> ゲイツ (Geitsu) -> ツイゲ (Tsuige) -> ツイーゲ (Tsuīge)). When the anime originally aired, some translators didn't catch this reference and just transcribed her name as-is, spelling it as "Zeige".
