Turboman is a Perfect Chojin, and a member of the Perfect Large Numbers led by Strong the Budo. Turboman is a humanoid chojin with a rather mechanical appearance, wearing black clothes and a black mask with a pair of glowing red eyes. On his wrists he sports a couple of magnum-like armbands which he can use in different techniques.
