Mitsuha Shimamura

Ichiyo's younger brother. A man who admires Riderman. He usually works as the manager of a family restaurant and is in a relationship with Yukarisu an employee. He is such a big fan that he boasts that of all the Kamen Riders, Riderman is his biggest fan, and in battle he uses the attached arms and a fighting style based on Aikido to toy with his enemies.
