A manga artist who always wanted to create sci-fi but had to draw moe manga because of editors. He is also the self-proclaimed Commander of the Earth Defense Force whose aim is to protect the Earth from Venusian invaders. ~!Later on, his dream finally came true and he started publishing a manga series called using people from Arakawa riverbed as prototypes for the characters.!~ ~!As of volume 10, his real name wasn't revealed, however, it was mentioned that his pen name is Kuwabara Potechi.!~
