Usa Harutachi

A second-year university student and member of the Tetsuryo Club. She is a somewhat quiet girl who loves all things retro and cute. She always brings a camera along on her railway trips. With a gentle, laid-back personality, she doesn't speak much, but she is the type who quietly enjoys herself at her own pace. She is currently thinking about how to become good friends with Misaki, the first junior member to join the club.
