Miyabi Shinohara

An apprentice sommelier who is studying to pass the next level of certification and become a full-fledged sommelier. She has a vast knowledge of wines, but is held back by her poor technical skills. She met Kanzaki Shizuku in the French restaurant where she worked and later, due to Shizuku's lack of knowledge on wine, became his teacher.
