Divine Powers: Teleportation, Psychokinesis Tsukuyomi is an extremely powerful Himiko who was granted the title of "God" at just 18 years old. He recognized Nagi Hibiya's potential as a Himiko, and recommended her to Kannagara Academy. He is considered extremely mysterious, powerful, and admirable by the general populace. His mysterious persona conceals his general lack of social skills and his childish tendencies. He is kind, but is easily distracted and is somewhat lackadaisical.
