The widow of the late Earl of Haynes. She met Victoria following a purse-snatching incident and ended up renting the estate's annex to her, as Victoria was looking for a place to stay. She took a great liking to Victoria—who is cultured and an excellent cook—and became very fond of both her and Nonna.
