Saga Bergman

Saga Bergman is the first main character of the story. Her mother has died, but her father's fate is never clarified. She lives with her grandmother in a fictitious small German town called Mühlenburg in the anime; they live in Guttenburg in the manga. She works in a coffee shop and keeps to a strict schedule.
