Hiroko Murohashi is a third-year student at Takatoobara Middle School in Nagano Prefecture and a supporting character in the "Saki" manga. She is a former teammate of Nodoka Haramura and Yuuki Kataoka in the previous year's prefectural middle school mahjong tournament.
