Arata is the Battle Spirits champion. He considers Antony Starck his personal rival, and is always looking to battle any strong card battlers. He plans to battle the winner of the Hero Championships, as a reward. He's very passionate, and likes to inspire other card battlers. He's also a bit of a pervert, especially showing interest in Mika.
