Synopsis
While trying to escape from the police during a car chase, a young criminal unwillingly makes a time jump and lands in 2050, in the city of Neo-Tokyo. But his journey has left him with total amnesia, and no sooner has he arrived than he is pursued not only by the police, but also by a large-scale criminal organization. They all suspect him of possessing supernatural powers, which he would have acquired during his crossing. To get out of this situation, the young man will have to agree to join the police and take on the role of Ryuu Urashima, alias Urashiman, the cop of the future.
