The word 'anime' (アニメ) is a Japanese shortening of the English word 'animation', a gairaigo, or foreign loanword.
The protagonist, Sozai Shu, a 26-year-old single man, is a gamer with a natural collecting habit. After losing his life in the joy of obtaining a rare material in a game, he is transported to another world by the power of God.
In order to make life in the other world easier, Shu prays to God for the "power to gather materials at his own pace!" His wish is granted, but somehow the power is strangely strong and convenient!? In a different world full of unknown materials, Shu struggles to gather various materials in order to live a rich and relaxed life of gathering materials!
