Kyusaku Shimada is best known for his role as Kato Yasunori in fantasy film, Tokyo: The Last Megalopolis, and it's sequel, Tokyo: The Last War. Kyusaku reprised his role as Kato in the anime adaptation, Teito Monogatari. He was also the Japanese voice of Hades in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. Vega (M. Bison) from the Street Fighter series was based on Kyusaku's portrayal as Kato.
