Graduated: Hiroshima University Major: Art Kouhei Kiyasu is a Japanese voice actor, seiyuu and singer, who also does script/screenwriting and series composition for anime. He is a member of the theater troupe Nylon 100℃ alongside Inuyama Inuko, Ookura Kouji and Shintani Mayumi. He is also the chairman of his own troupe called Bull Docking Headlock (ブルドッキングヘッドロック).
