Synopsis
Team Spica attempts to invite Team BNW - Biwa Hayahide, Narita Taishin, and Winning Ticket - to sponsor a relay race at the Spring Twinkle Series Fan Festival. The BNW members initially reject the offer due to a falling out after losing a recent race, but while Hayahide and Ticket warm up to the idea, Team Spica must do what it takes to prevent the loner Taishin from retiring from the sport.
