Synopsis
Johny Bolt aka "Electro Boy" and his gang of super villains join forces with a retired criminal name "The Heat". There plan go south after the new star of "The Union of Justice", Praetorian, once again foil there plans. Johny end up in jail again for a few years where he learns more about "The Network", an organization that control the underworld. Soon after his release Johny bring the gang back together in order to help "The Heat" come up with 100m dollars to save his life. Clearing up at the same time some dirty laundry between them and some retired foes of the Network.
