Synopsis
Rin Namiki arrives in Tokyo following her dream of becoming a Jet Racer. Jet racing involves 2 positions (Jetter and Shooter) where the Jetter pilots the jet ski, and the Shooter has various weapons to shoot targets which affect the opponents' machines. Rin meets Aoi Misa (along with many other Jet Racers) and proceeds to build a jet racing club at her high school.
