Japan's cities lie abandoned and in ruins. Only small pockets of society still exist—and even those aren't safe from the supervillains taking what they want when they want it. However, the young heroes of U.A.'s Class 1-A are out there, taking the villains down one at a time, trying to restore the world to how it used to be. However, now a new kind of villain has arrived on the scene. But it's not his powers that seem to be able to transmute materials on a massive scale or the group of powerful superhumans backing him that truly make him terrifying. It's the fact that he believes himself to be the true successor to All Might—to the point of having the world's greatest hero's face.
